About the Program
我们是由室内设计认证委员会(CIDA)认证的室内建筑与设计课程，对室内设计的艺术和技术方面采取平衡的方法. HU室内建筑与设计课程的理念是为学生提供建立基本技能的设计教育, imparts comprehensive knowledge, 并通过创造性和相关的室内设计项目经验提供实施这些技能和知识的机会. 学生们被鼓励发展一种服务和多元化的态度，同时培养一种幸福感和对设计对个人和环境影响的敏感性.
PG电子游戏室内设计专业的学生继续在多个类别的设计竞赛中获奖:住宅, health care, commercial design, etc. Additionally, 哈丁ASID学生分会积极参与服务和社区项目，并被公认为2009年度ASID中南分会.

Technology Requirements
所有参加室内建筑与设计课程的学生必须准备好使用笔记本电脑和指定的软件. 从第二年开始的工作室课程要求学生定期带一台PC平台笔记本电脑上课. 笔记本电脑必须配置为有效地运行Revit和Enscape软件.

MISSION
PG电子游戏室内建筑与设计专业的使命是培养具有基督教价值观的知识渊博的毕业生, creative, 聘请专业人士，鼓励健康和尊重个人多样性. This mission is carried out by dedicated, 以学生为中心的教师，通过以基督为中心的指导方法，努力体现这些品质, teaching, scholarship, and service.
GOALS

CIDA Accreditation
通向BFA室内建筑与设计专业的室内建筑与设计专业获得了美国建筑与设计协会的认可 Council for Interior Design Accreditation, 206 Grandville Avenue, Suite 350, Grand Rapids, MI, 49503.

Academic Advising
作为哈丁室内建筑和设计专业的学生，学术咨询是充分利用你的时间的关键部分. 计划在秋季和春季学期注册周之前至少两周与室内建筑和设计顾问之一预约. 学生必须确保检查他们的帐户是否有可能延迟注册课程. 在每个级别允许的情况下尽早注册，以确保学生获得最佳时间表. Classes fill up fast, so it is recommended that students register quickly.
